In-Shop Computer Repair

You can always carry-in your computer to our storefront location in Waipahu during our normal business hours, no appointment is necessary. We are fully equipment to repair most problems for all major brands of laptop and desktop PC computers. The average computer repair turn-around time is approx 2 -3 business days, but may vary for computers with multiple problems or hardware failures requiring parts not available on-island.

On-site Computer Repair

We offer on-site home computer repair services for the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Just call to set an appointment, and one of our CompTIA Certified computer repair technicians will meet you at your home to diagnose and repair your computer in the comfort of your own home. The average housecall is approx 1 – 2 hours, but can vary depending on the problem. For the best estimate, please describe your problem as accurately as possible. For computers that might have a hardware problem, it may be better to carry-in your computer to the shop where we are fully equipped to deal with most any problem.

Business Computer Repair

We offer onsite business computer repair services for home and small businesses for the island of Oahu, Hawaii. We can dispatch one of our CompTIA certified computer repair technicians to your business location to diagnose and repair your computer. As with home computer repairs, the average repair is approx 1 – 2 hours, but can vary depending on the problem. For the best estimate, please describe your problem or service request as accurately as possible. For computers that might have a hardware problem, it may be better to carry-in your computer to the shop where we are fully equipped to deal with most any problem.
