Computer Classes – Waipahu/Kapolei Community School for Adults
Spring 2012 Registration Information
Many people would like to learn more about how to use their computer, while others would just like to know how to begin. Either way, the Community School for Adults held at the Waipahu, Kapolei and Waianae High School Campuses offer a variety of courses in their School for Adults.
I actually took a hands-on Computer Repair Course at a High School in Silicon Valley many years ago while my wife took a course in Microsoft Word. It was very affordable and led directly to the career I am in today. It was very fun and informative for me and it was nice being in a school environment again. While the courses offered here are somewhat basic compared to actually repairing computers, it may be possible to offer other related courses if there is enough interest and a certain minimum number of students are willing to register, as well as having a qualified instructor available.
Below is a list of the computer related courses being offered this Summer. Of course there are many other categories of courses being offered as well such as Arts & Crafts, Financial, Homemaking, Language, Music & Dance, Sports/Health/Fitness, and other special interest classes. But, we just wanted to point out the “computer related” courses being offered this summer of 2011. Not all courses are offered at all campuses.
