WE ARE: Oahu’s onsite and in-shop answer to Windows-based PC problems for the average home and small business customer. We service the Leeward Coast, Central, Windward as well as North Shore locations on Oahu.

WE REPAIR: Windows 95 through Windows 7 software and hardware problems for all major brands of Desktop and Laptop computers for the island of Oahu.

HOUSECALL or IN-SHOP: We can repair your computer either in-shop at our Waipahu location or in the comfort of your own home or office. In some cases, Housecalls can be less expensive for basic problems and are always educational since you are right there with our Certified Technician. Housecalls are by appointment only while In-Shop service is on a walk-in basis.

WE DO: Try our best to work within your schedule by making Housecall appointments at “your” convenience, as well as repairing your computer in-shop in a timely manner. We do save you money through reliable repairs, and systematic troubleshooting procedures that save time and money.

WE DON’T: Do-it-All-Anywhere-Anytime, but we don’t sacrifice service or expertise either. Of course if any parts are needed, parts always cost extra.

YOU WILL: Learn how to change the habits or conditions that led to your computer failure.

WARRANTY: Our repairs are covered by a 30 Day limited warranty for labor, while new parts and materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any post-repair Software or hardware changes may void the warranty.
